First Day
Departure in the afternoon from Pont Valsavarenche and climb to the Chabod refuge (as an alternative to the Vittorio Emanuele refuge) dinner and overnight stay. ascent : 745 m / 2 hours and a half walk
Second day
Ascent to Gran Paradiso and return by the same route. Ascent : 1300m / 10 – 11 hours walk in total.
