departure from Gressoney la Trinité, locality Staffal, ascent to Indren with the lifts, dinner and overnight stay at the Mantova refuge (3455 m.), or else at Gnifetti refuge (3610 m.).
Second day
ascent to the Col del Lys and from here to the Eastern Lyskamm (4527 m.). Spectacular aerial ridge to the Western Lyskamm (4481 m). Descent on the Quintino Sella refuge (3585 m.) With the possibility of overnight and return.
